Jonathan New
Principal & Director of Acquisitions
Jonathan is from Anniston, Alabama and is now a Commander in the US Navy. He has bought and sold real estate since 2007 and has had the privilege of leading thousands of people during his careers in both military and in business leadership. He co-founded Fair Winds Capital Investments in 2020 and is set to retire from Naval service in 2024.
Jill New
principal & Director of Operations
Jill is from Marietta, Georgia and after earning her Bachelors and Masters degrees in international finance, has made a career of leading and serving youth and military spouses to improve their lives. Her experience in international economics and microeconomics gives her a unique perspective as she understands economic policy and market trends.
